Ray Douglas Jr. will be the guest speaker at the 11 a.m. service on Feb. 22 at Philadelphia United Methodist Church in Rockingham.
Douglas serves as vice president of logistics and administration for Isagro USA and has been with the company since 2004. Douglas is part of a presentation that includes Black History Month honoree Stavis Morman, a 37-year Army veteran.
Douglas holds a master’s in business administration from Pfeiffer University and a bachelor of arts in accounting from N.C. State University. He is a certified public accountant, certified managerial accountant and a member of the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants.
He has been married to his wife, Evelyn, for 18 years. They have two daughters, Reiven (12) and Reychel (10). In addition to spending quality time with his family, Douglas enjoys coaching his daughters’ basketball teams, playing golf, exercising and mentoring your African-American males at Lead Mine Elementary school.
He is a member of Mount Peace Baptist Church in Raleigh, and previous member of Philadelphia United Methodist Church in Rockingham.
