Mr. Jessie Edward McDowell, 64, of Rockingham, N.C., died Friday, June 26, 2015 at Richmond Pines Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Hamlet.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, July 9 at Joy Free Will Baptist Church in Hamlet.
Harrington Funeral Home and Crematory assisted the family of Mr. McDowell.
