ROCKINGHAM — Members of the Richmond Senior High School Beta Club recently completed a service project for the Ronald McDonald House.

The Ronald McDonald House provides a home-away-from-home for families who have children receiving treatment at local hospitals.

Beta members challenged fourth-block classes to see which could collect the most poptabs. Students responded with an overwhelming 23 pounds of poptabs! Winning the battle of the poptabs was John Lasseter’s class by a landslide, followed by Jordie Darchicourt and Diana Janica’s classes.
