Richmond County law enforcement officers are looking for two suspected considered “armed and dangerous’ following an April 11 shooting that left a third man injured.
Benjamin Franklin Wall III
The Richmond County Criminal Investigations Division alleges that Benjamin Franklin Wall III, 26, and James Wilbert Thomas, shot a third man in the back on Saturday in the vicinity of Midway Road.
