RICHMOND COUNTY — A three-hour driving tour of portions of Richmond County showed this week is a perfect time to snap your outdoor photos.
Dogwoods and azalea bushes are abundant and in full bloom. The PDP truck drove through Rockingham, Cordova, East Rockingham and Hamlet to capture what is believed to be only a small portion of the many opportunities to snap a perfect picture.
Take a look at how 13-year-old MacKenzie Spradlin behind the lens and taking control of the shutter. Sites visited include:
* The Leak-Wall House Garden, at 405 E. Washington St., Rockingham;
* Lumyer Road, between Fayetteville Road and Richmond Road, Rockingham;
* A home at the intersection of Deerfield and Clearfield roads, Cordova;
* A home along Lake View Trail, East Rockingham; and
* Three homes along Rice Street in Hamlet.
