RICHMOND COUNTY — A three-hour driving tour of portions of Richmond County showed this week is a perfect time to snap your outdoor photos.

Dogwoods and azalea bushes are abundant and in full bloom. The PDP truck drove through Rockingham, Cordova, East Rockingham and Hamlet to capture what is believed to be only a small portion of the many opportunities to snap a perfect picture.
