RCC to host culinary knife skills seminar

HAMLET — Veteran chef Stephen Fore will host a one-day seminar Saturday, March 28, for individuals interested in improving their culinary knife skills.

Topics will include tips and tricks, cutting techniques and safety precautions. Fore, who has worked under highly talented chefs, has acquired a unique set of skills during his nearly 15 years in the food industry.

He will provide hands-on demonstrations during the class, which is scheduled to be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Workforce and Economic Development conference room on the main campus of Richmond Community College in Hamlet.
