After interviewing many 11th-grade applicants from Richmond Senior High School, the Pee Dee Electric Washington Youth Tour is honored to announce the winner for this year is Analuz Carrillo.
Analuz will now be spending a week in the nation’s capital as part of the National Rural Electric Cooperative Youth Tour. Participating in this program is a great way to develop leadership skills, gain a better understanding of electric cooperatives, and make friendships that will last beyond the week.
