HAMLET — Richmond Community College’s HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Club is sticking to what they do best: keeping people warm or keeping people cool.

Club members were handing out free pairs of gloves to fellow students on RCC’s main campus in Hamlet on Thursday to keep hands warm during these cold winter days. This is one of several community projects that the club has undertaken.

Pictured are HVAC Club Vice President Harry McPherson giving RCC student Sylvia Morrison some gloves. The HVAC Club is an arm of the Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration Technology program offered by RCC.
