Reese named forestry and programs manager

Eddie Reese has been named the Forestry and Programs Manager for the North Carolina Forestry Association.

Reese is a Rockingham native and has more than 12 years of experience in forest management working with the North Carolina Forest Service. His work has taken him all over the state of North Carolina, as he worked for seven years in the Coastal Plain and the last five years in the Charlotte area. He has also fought wildfires out west in numerous states of the years.

Reese holds a bachelor’s degree in Forest Management from North Carolina State University.  He will be responsible for managing the ProLogger Program with the NCFA and also working to expand the forestry educational and outreach programs across the State. I
