Physician assistant to join FirstHealth neurosurgery team

PINEHURST – A physician assistant with a background in sports medicine and athletic training will join FirstHealth Neurosurgery in March. Chad Allen Frazer, PA-C, will serve as the physician assistant to Dr. Dennis Campbell, a neurosurgeon with FirstHealth Neurosurgery.

Frazer earned his bachelor’s of science degree in sports medicine and athletic training from the University of Connecticut in Storrs in 1998 and his Physician Assistant/B.S. from D’Youville College in Buffalo, N.Y., in 2003. Before joining FirstHealth, he was a physician assistant with Middlesex Orthopaedic Surgeons in Middletown, Conn.

Frazer is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and holds professional memberships in Physician Assistants in Orthopaedic Surgery and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

FirstHealth Neurosurgery is located at 10 Aviemore Drive in Pinehurst. There, the team specializes in the treatment of diseases/disorders of the brain, spinal cord and spinal column, and peripheral nerves within all parts of the body.
