To the editor:
The Raider football machine is broken, and breaking all the time. How long must we keep on lubricating a defected part before realizing it has to be fixed? It may have the appearance of working properly, and may for a while.
Because it has proven to be ineffective time and time again, it will let you down when you least expect it. So why not fix the problem? Join us then in this endeavor of fixing the problem. Otherwise, more of the same.
Tell your parents, your friends, your neighbors to join us in making Richmond gain the envy of the state by demanding a head coaching change now. Otherwise, that defective part will maintain its predictability.
If the winter of our discontent is not heard, then we urge you, the Raider faithful who support that program with your hard-earned dollars to not attend any games until the change comes. Many that we’ve talked to have already promised their support. Join us.
