Amy Kester Sands last seen Nov. 4

ABERDEEN — The Aberdeen Police Department has identified the body pulled from a a creek near Sun Road in Aberdeen as Cameron resident Amy Kester Sands.
Police said an autopsy confirmed identification of the 47-year-old, last seen on Nov. 4 leaving the FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital emergency department in Pinehurst.
Sands’ 1999 red Jeep Cherokee was recovered from the Texas Roadhouse restaurant in Aberdeen a week after Sands was last seen.
Authorities indicated foul play is not suspected.
