James L. Grant
James Lacy Grant Sr., of 905 Henderson St., Hamlet, N.C., died Thursday, Nov. 27, 2014 at Hospice Haven.
He was born July 7, 1920, in Marlboro County, son of Malon Grant and Mary Maness Grant.
Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30 at Springhill Wesleyan Church. A funeral services begins at 3 p.m. Rev. Edwin Luther and Rev. Lloyd Grant will be officiating. Burial will follow at Sandhills Wesleyan Church Cemetery.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Nellie Quick Grant; and a son, James Lacy Grant, Jr.
In lieu of flowers Memorials may be made to Springhill Wesleyan Church, 295 Springhill Church Road, Hamlet, NC 28345.
Harrington Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the Grant Family.
