Kenley Grace Smith of Rockingham, earned the title of Little Miss Greater Sandhills 2015 on Saturday in a beauty pageant at West Moore Elementary School in Seagrove.
It was Kenley’s second pageant. She is the daughter of Kenneth and Kate Smith. She currently holds the title of Tiny Miss Richmond County.
Claire Maultsby, 10, of Rockingham, was crowned Majestic Miss 2015, which is a title of great accomplishment as it is an overall award from ages 7 through 12. She is the daughter of John and Jennie Maultsby. She currently holds the title of Junior Miss Richmond County.
