Raider Fall Festival on Oct. 21 to benefit FBLA

Staff report

Members of Richmond Senior High School’s FBLA will be host the first inaugural “Raider Fall Festival” from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 21 inside the high school cafeteria.

RSHSThere will be games, a countywide coloring contest for all of the elementary school, a hayride, a dunk tank, a cake walk and assorted snacks and drinks.
Admission is $3 for adults and $2 for children. Each admission ticket includes four tickets that can be used at the festival for games and activities. Additional tickets are 25 cents apiece. Refreshments will also be for sale.
All proceeds will go towards the school chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America and members’ efforts to travel and compete in the state competition in April. A win at the state competition would give our school recognition, bragging rights across the state and students will advance to national competition in Chicago.
Costumes are encouraged, but not required. We also encourage the students to bring a bucket or “trick or treat” bag of some sort to carry their prizes.
