I met Rev. Vincent while working at the CBOC in Hamlet. He would always stop to chat with me in my office, always smiling, never complaining about his “ills”, taking my hand for a brief prayer at the end of his visit. I had the pleasure of sharing his military experience with him in his home; turning page after page with explanations of each picture. I am fortunate to have “special” pictures he presented to me and cherish each one. He willed be missed by all whose lives he touched in his kind and gentle manner.
