Charlene Smith Lewis
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Charlene Smith Lewis, 58, of Jacksonville, died Tuesday, Aug. 12, 2014 at Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville.
She was born July 9, 1956 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Charles Richard and Frances Baldwin Smith.
A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 16, at Eastside Cemetery with Rev. Joel Perry officiating.
The family will receive friends from 12 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Watson-King Funeral Home in Rockingham.
