ROCKINGHAM — Derek Brown and five others with the city of Rockingham’s Departments of Water and Sewer, and Buildings and Grounds, set to work early Friday morning on East Washington Street.

The task was to replace the patriotic red, white and blue flags along the city’s lamp poles with those that greet visitors to downtown Rockingham.
