One of my neighbors was caught selling prescription pills. She was given 6 months house arrest and probation. During that time her boyfriend and others smoked and sold marijuana from the home all while her young daughter played in the next rooms. She told be she could have received 37 years based on the number of pills and marijuana she had in her possession. Sigh.
