Sara Winston
DURHAM, N.C. — Sara Elizabeth Gaddy Winston of Durham, died Saturday, June 14, 2014, at her home.
She was born in Hamlet in 1959 and lived in Durham from 1992 to present.
The funeral was held June 17 in Temple Baptist Church. Burial was in Grassy Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Bullock, N.C. Pallbearers were Hal Leak, Anthony Musselwhite, Carl Beckstedt, Mike Tuton, Francis Winston, John Lee Winston, Tom Steagall and Jeff Chancellor.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Red Cross Central N.C. Chapter, 4737 University Drive, Durham, NC 27707; or Temple Baptist Church, 4504 Sterling Drive, Durham, NC 27712.
