RALEIGH, N.C. — John David Linton died Sunday, July 6 in Raleigh.
He was born January 7, 1982 in Durham and grew up in Atlanta, Ga. He studied finance at the University of Georgia in Athens and at UNC Pembroke. He was employed by the NC State Employees Credit Union in Raleigh as a senior loan officer in a West Raleigh branch, and more recently in the SECU corporate offices.
David is survived by his parents, Sid and Isabella Linton of Rockingham; a sister, Clarissa Harris and husband, Andrew, of Rockville, Md.; a nephew Zach Harris and a niece, Annette Harris, also of Rockville; his maternal grandmother, Joyce Fisher of Hillsborough, N.C.; and an extended loving family
Graveside services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 12 at the Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery, with interment alongside his Linton grandparents, the late Sidney and Clarissa Linton of Rockingham and Wakulla, Fla.
