ELLERBE — Sandhills Alternative Learning (SALT) scored five runs in the first inning but Montgomery County’s Most Wanted got things rolling and once they did, they didn’t stop.
Most Wanted’s rally was initiated by Trisha Mabe’s inside-the-park home run and MoCo raced to a 22-5 victory.
In the second of five games on the Hot Mamas Softball League slate Thursday night, both MoCo and Chix with Stix played solid defense but the Most Wanted’s Emily Hamilton launched one over the fence to lead the way as MoCo took an 18-2 win.
Other games on the night had not been reported to The Pee Dee Post.
