Charles Bennett Covington, 58, of Raleigh, N.C. passed away Saturday, May 31,2014 at Heartfield’s of Cary.

Charles was born September 15, 1955 in Richmond County, a son of John David Covington and Metta Elizabeth Moore Covington Hull.
There will be a gathering of family and friends from noon until 2 pm Saturday at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe. Immediately following the service, there will be a scattering service held at the family farm.
