ROCKINGHAM, N.C. — Gary H. Fisher, 72, of Rockingham passed away Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2014 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Life Care Center in Wilmington.
Funeral arrangements are currently incomplete with Watson – King Funeral Home in Rockingham.
