Held on $250,000 bond
MADISON — A 55-year-old Madison man has been arrested and charged with two counts of felony statutory sex offense witha child.

Michael Dale Bowman, of Tiffany Drive, was taken into custody on Monday and placed in the Rockingham County Detention Facility under a $250,000 secured bond. He was given a May 2 court date.
Information about the juvenile victim(s) will not be released by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.
