LJ Bell student receives key to city

J.D. Lampley, a fifth grade student at L.J. Bell Elementary School, received a key to the city from Rockingham Mayor Steve Morris during a leadership ceremony Friday morning inside the Rockingham school’s auditorium.

Lampley is president of L.J. Bell’s Student Council.
