Charles Anthony Jacobs II stands with his fiance and new born baby girl on April 7 as he is being sworn in as a patrol officer at Hamlet Police Department. He was sworn in by City Clerk Tammy Kirkley.
Jacobs graduated basic law enforcement training from Sandhills Community College in September of 2014.
