RALEIGH — Richmond County Clerk of Superior Court Vickie Daniel traveled Wednesday to Raleigh to attend the State of the Judiciary Address by North Carolina Chief Justice Mark Martin in the Legislative Building.

Daniel also attended the Clerk of Superior Courts Conference. Pictured (front row, left to right) are Shelena Smith of Robeson County, Daniel, Evelyn McLeod of Hoke County and Vasti James of Bertie County. Philip McRae of Scotland County is in the back row.
