William “Bill” Singletary, 71, passed away Saturday, Feb. 14, 2015 at his home.
He was the son of the late Griff and Cleo Singletary.
He was preceded in death by his brother Ricky Singletary and grandson DJ Stone.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years Peggy Singletary, children: William Singletary Jr. (Michele), Keith Singletary (Vickie) all of Hamlet, Tammy Dinger (Brent) of Broadway, grandchildren Brittany Singletary and Caeleb & Marley Dinger, sister Jenny Kelly (Mike), along with many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Shining Light Freewill Baptist Church followed by burial at Richmond County Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham.
