Man accused of showing graphic image to minor

ROCKINGHAM — A 37-year-old Rockingham man  has been charged with disseminating obscene material to a minor under the age of 16.

David Ingram Jr., of Nannie Lane, is alleged to have shown a minor an image of his genitals during a period of time between Oct. 1, 2014 and Dec. 19. A warrant for his arrest was issued by Magistrate G.C. Baxley on Jan. 28, 2015. Richmond County Sheriff’s Office personnel arrested Ingram on Jan. 31.

Ingram posted a $2,500 secured bond. His case in Richmond County District Court was continued on Thursday to March 5. Ingram was represented on Thursday by private attorney Jason Deane.
