Richmond County Adult Corrections is seeking your help in locating Timothy D. Smith Jr.
Smith stopped reporting to his probation officer in August 2014. He was placed on probation for felony breaking and entering and currently has a warrant for absconding.

Smith also currently has unserved warrants from Montgomery County for felony trafficking in cocaine and felony maintaining a dwelling/vehicle. Smith also has an order for his arrest for failing to appear in Richmond County District court for driving while license revoked.
Smith is believed to have remained in the Richmond County area and his last known address was on Northam Road in Rockingham. If you have any information regarding Smith or his whereabouts, please contact Richmond County Crime Stoppers at 910-997-5454.
$1,000 reward offered
A reward is being offered, by the owner through Richmond County Crime Stoppers, for any information leading to the arrest of individual or individuals involved in breaking and entering and larceny of items in a white Chrysler 300 located on Grassy Island Road near Little River Bridge / Hough Road at Smith Lake Hunt Club.
The theft occurred on Jan. 31 between 6:15 a.m. and 7:55 a.m.

Jones sought for absconding
Brynton Jones
Richmond County Adult Corrections is seeking your help in locating Brynton Jones.
Jones did not report to the probation office as instructed following court on Aug. 11, 2014. Jones was placed on probation for misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. He is looking at a 30-day sentence in the Richmond County Jail.
