ROCKINGHAM — Seventeen members of the Richmond County Board of Realtors gathered Wednesday afternoon to recognize top producers of 2014.
The annual awards ceremony took place at Pat’s Kitchen in Rockingham. Top producers included figures of the value of listings and units sold.
Five individuals from four agencies were recognized as multi-million dollar products. The list includes: Debra T. Parsons, of Coldwell Banker Preferred Properties; Jamie Moss-Godfrey, of Re/Max Southern Realty; Dorothy Maness, of Dorothy Maness Real Estate; and Caroline Thomas Goodwin and Christy B. Warren, of Realty World-Thomas Realty.
Thirteen individuals from six different agencies were recognized as million dollar producers. The list includes: Kelli Gillis, Tammy Culler, Amber Moss and Faye Melton, all of Coldwell Banker Preferred Properties; Wendy R. Massagee, of Covington Investment Properties; Marc Baysek, of Iron Horse Properties; Jill McLester, Joe C. Kindley, Gerald Witherspoon and Kim Ayers, of Realty World-Thomas Realty; Joe McDonald, of Wildlife Habitat Realty; and Nicole Hayden and Jami Smart, of Exit Realty Platinum.
Parsons headed the list of the top 32 individual producers in 2014 with nearly $7.5 million. Moss-Godfrey was second with slightly more than $5.4 million.
In addition, agents at Coldwell Banker Preferred Properties were presented with a certificate of achievement for being the top producer of the year.
