CHERAW, S.C. — Charleston artist Joyce Hall will return to Cheraw from Feb. 20 to Feb. 22 for a three-day workshop.
Hall is an international award-winning oil painter and has exhibited in galleries and museums nationally.
The focus of the February workshop is Portaits. The workshop will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cheraw Police Department Community Room, located at 258 Second St. Cost for the three-day workshop is $195. A supply list will be provided upon registration.
