Joyce Powell Millen, 70, of Rockingham, N.C., died peacefully with her family by her side on Friday, Nov. 7, 2014.
She was born August 17, 1944 to the late James A. Powell and Bertha Crouch Powell in Richmond County.
A funeral service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Abundant Life Church in Rockingham with burial to follow in Richmond County Memorial Park.
The Family will receive friends on Saturday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham.
