Goodnight, Barack Obama. Sleep well, o might fearless leader.
The likes of Ozymandias, Der Fuhrer, Il Duce, Pot Pot, Stalin, Sadam and Idi pale before your wonderful and glorious deeds. And an appreciate thank you for mightily defending our venerable Constitution from its many enemies … those who would willfully undermine its protections, limitations of power and the Bill of Rights.
Sleep well and continue to protect us from those who seek to divide us by race, gender, religion, income and political ideologies. As you reach out time after time to unify the nation on these issues, you are truly The Great Compromiser. Peaceful may your rest be.
P.S. Don’t forget your 10 a.m. tee time tomorrow. Al Sharpton, Jeremiah Wright and Eric Holder, as requested, will complete your foursome. Assigned caddies for the group are Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Bill and Hillary Clinton. Please be generous with your caddy tips. Be mindful that the Clintons were dead broke when they left the White House.
