Convenient Care Clinic to offer expanded hours

ROCKINGHAM — FirstHealth Convenient Care in Richmond County will soon be offering new extended hours.

Beginning Monday, Dec. 1, the clinic will be open seven days a week, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Current hours are noon to 8 p.m. seven days a week.

“Our new hours are a response to what we have observed as a community need,” says the clinic’s medical director, Lisa Cowan, M.D. “Since our patients have been seeking our services more frequently during morning hours, we hope the addition of two hours each morning will help accommodate that need.”
