On Tuesday, Sept. 23, Washington Street School teachers met at the Arts Council to release some of their creative energy.
With the help of Richmond Senior’s art teacher Susan Perkins, the group produced 14 versions of promising sunflowers around the theme of “You are my sunshine”
Even though it was a cool, rainy evening, the crowd could not be deterred from their artistic endeavor.
