Exhibit: A call for artists to submit their work

Apple and JarThe Friends of the Leath Memorial Library group is holding an art exhibit in the Calvin Little Room of the Leath Library, in Rockingham. This exhibit will run from Nov. 7 through Dec. 11.

This exhibit is open to all artist, it will be featuring all two-dimensional works including painting, photography and fiber artwork. This will be the first in a series of quarterly shows that will be held throughout the year at the library.

The exhibit will be open from noon to 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, over the five-week period.

There will be an opening reception, to meet the artists, will be held from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Nov. 7. If you would like to be included in the exhibit, please contact Pat Halligan 410-­596-­2770 or Peggy Andersen 910­895­-6909 for entry information.
