Deputies arrest couple after meth, cocaine complaints

Deputies with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office have arrested a Rockingham man and woman after receiving complaints of drug activity.

Brian Clinton Davis, 33, and Crystal Kay Andre, 30, are each being held on a secure bond of at least $50,000 for charges related to manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine, felony possession of cocaine, maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Deputies located items used to make meth and meth residue along with cocaine inside the building. Andre also had a failure to appear warrant served on her. Davis was processed and placed in Richmond County Jail under a $50,000.00 secure bond and Andre received a $51,000 secure bond.
