FirstHealth Imaging Center celebrates with ribbon-cutting

IMG_2347The newly renovated Firsthealth Outpatient Imaging Center is now open and features: X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Echocardiography, and Bone Density Scans. The Richmond County Chamber of Commerce successfully welcomed the newest addition of the FirstHealth organization to the community at a ribbon cutting held Aug. 18.

A crowd joined members and staff of FirstHealth for the Grand Opening of the FirstHealth Imaging Center. Chamber President Emily Tucker, welcomed guests to begin the ceremony. Speakers for the ceremony included: City Council (City of Rockingham) Gene Willard, Commissioner Jimmy L Capps, Chamber Chairman Evans Sheppard of Perdue, Inc., and John Jackson President of FirstHealth Richmond.

“We’re pleased to have FirstHealth Imaging Center as a Chamber member and to the business community, said Chamber President Emily Tucker. “FirstHealth has continued to show their commitment and dedication to Richmond County through expansions of services and has continued to provide outstanding healthcare coverage in our community. We wish them much success.”

FirstHealth Imaging Center is looking forward to continuing to serve the imaging needs for the Richmond County residents in a more comfortable, friendly, spacious and private area.
